Allie joined A&G in 2018, bringing a strong foundation in corporate finance and restructuring. Since joining the firm, she has assumed increasingly senior leadership roles, becoming a trusted expert in portfolio optimization and occupancy cost–reduction strategies for clients across retail, healthcare, fitness, hospitality, and education.
At A&G, Allie has led real estate advisory efforts on some of the nation’s most high-profile restructurings, including Party City, Chico’s FAS, Destination Maternity, Stage Stores, GNC, Rite Aid, Equinox, Blink Fitness, and SoulCycle.
Most notably, she played a central leadership role in Party City’s first bankruptcy, where she oversaw the restructuring of approximately 70% of the company’s lease portfolio, generating more than $250 million in occupancy cost savings.
Prior to A&G, Allie began her career in corporate finance and restructuring at FTI Consulting, where she served on the advisory teams for companies including Caesars Entertainment and Sports Authority.
Based in New York, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Emory University and a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
