Jon joined A&G in 2013 after more than 17 years leading the real estate function at Charming Shoppes, where he provided strategic leadership to its real estate and store development teams. 

Reporting directly to the CEO, he oversaw the company’s expansion from approximately 1,000 to 2,500 stores nationwide, led multiple retail acquisitions—including Lane Bryant, Catherine’s, and Casual Corner Annex—and directed the rollout of new store design programs in collaboration with external design firms.

Jon brings decades of experience advising leading retailers on complex real estate strategy, with deep expertise in portfolio optimization, lease disposition, occupancy cost savings, and store optimization initiatives. He is widely regarded as one of the industry’s most respected retail real estate executives.

At A&G, Jon has played a senior role on complex engagements for clients including RadioShack, rue21, Tilly’s, Mattress Firm, Learning Care Group, Pier 1 Imports, Tailored Brands, Christmas Tree Shops, Cineworld, Citi Trends, CorePower Yoga, Rite Aid, Party City, and one of the largest healthcare companies in the country.

Based in Philadelphia, Jon is actively involved in the industry through the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the Finance and Endowment Committees at Temple Sinai.
